3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: • Provide, configure, and maintain your voice system • Process payments and send invoices • Send service updates, call performance reports, and monthly reviews • Respond to your inquiries and support requests • Improve our systems (using anonymized, aggregated data only, never your business's call data without consent) • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 4. Voice System & Call Data

Our service involves deploying a voice system that answers calls on your behalf. This means: • Calls to your business number are routed through telephony infrastructure • Call audio may be processed and transcribed by third-party voice providers (including but not limited to voice platforms) under their own privacy terms • We maintain records of call outcomes (duration, booking status, lead notes) to deliver your monthly performance reports • Your callers (end customers) should be informed that calls may be recorded. This is standard in business telephony and typically covered by your local disclosure requirements. We recommend reviewing your jurisdiction's call recording consent laws.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only as necessary to operate our service: • Voice infrastructure providers (call routing, speech-to-text, language models) • Payment processors (Stripe or equivalent): we never store full card numbers • Email/communication tools used to deliver reports and support All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@milovagroup.com.
